Summer Term Courses 2023
The PowerThru Summer Education Program is an initiative from EmpowerU to create education opportunities and a learning community, Leveraging our pedagogical expertise and connection to the University of Hong Kong, our team has partnered up with 10 excellent instructors to introduce five courses to students.
We have also created an online learning community through our social media page initiative called PowerThru where we interview young members of the ethnic minority community pursuing careers on novel paths. The goal of this series is to build students’ exposure to different career possibilities during a window in their education when they have more time to explore new things and present the important information in a fun and engaging way.
