EmpowerU is an education platform, designed to empower migrant domestic workers. Our program equips YOU with the knowledge and skills required to unlock your full potential and cultivate the confidence required to make a positive difference in your community.

In-person classes are generally held on SUNDAYS at the HKU campus

Tuition is HK$500/term

ONLINE
CLASSES

We offer courses using a “hybrid” in-person and online curriculum

Online classes include high-quality videos, interactive activities, and knowledge checks to keep your learning on-track

Students complete the lessons on their own time
IN-PERSON CLASSES

2-3 In-Person Classes each month

Each month will focus on one EmpowerU core area

Classes will be held on Sundays at the University of Hong Kong

Instructors include university professors and professionals from Hong Kong

Opportunity to discuss and connect with your classmates!
Graduation
-
A certificate of completion issued by EmpowerU after each completed online module.

A graduation certificate will be issued after completing four terms (generally 2 years) in the EmpowerU programme!*
